Chair of SHCP Board & Co Chief Executive Officer of SHCP, Clinical Director of Surrey Heath PCN, Primacy & Upper Gordon Road Surgery
Sarah, a local GP, provides clinical leadership to all of our services and teams, with particular focus on our clinical teams within our member Practices. Sarah provides clinical leadership to our quality and safety process and oversight of clinical quality within PRIMACY.
Dr Mark Pugsley
Co Chief Executive Officer of SHCP, Clinical Director of Primacy & Upper Gordon Road Surgery & Accountable Clinical Director of Surrey Heath PCN
Mark, a local GP, provides clinical leadership to all of our services and teams, with a particular focus on our work in care homes and our community support teams. In addition, Mark is the accountable director for the activity and functions of the PCN.
Tracey Franklin
Chief Operating Officer of SHCP, Primacy, Surrey Heath PCN & Upper Gordon Road Surgery
Tracey provides leadership and expertise across all our teams and services, with particular focus on the finance, operations, IT, contracts and human resources portfolios. Tracey is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD.
Ian Friend
Federation Executive Director Of SHCP, Primacy & Chair of Upper Gordon Road Surgery Collaborative Board
Ian provides executive leadership to SHCPL, PRIMACY and Upper Gordon Road Surgery and chairs the Upper Gordon Road Surgery Board. He also provides leadership and expertise across the health & safety, IG and regulatory portfolios.
Simon Wickes
Non-executive Director of SHCP, Upper Gordon Road Surgery & Chair of Primacy Board.
Simon provides executive leadership to the SHCPL, PRIMACY and Upper Gordon Road Surgery Boards. Simon also chairs the PRIMACY Board and provides leadership, expertise and oversight to our PRIMACY operations.
Edmund Cartwright
Chief Nursing Officer of SHCP, Primacy, Upper Gordon Road Surgery & Clinical Director of Surrey Heath PCN
Edmund, a registered nurse, provides leadership and expertise to the activity and functions of the PCN. He also supports the Boards of SHCPL, PRIMACY and Upper Gordon Road Surgery with the delivery of other organisational activities.
Fiona Turner
Associate Director Clinical Services, SHCPL, Surrey Heath
PCN and Upper Gordon Road Surgery
Fiona, a registered nurse, provides clinical leadership and expertise to our teams and services. Fiona also manages our quality and safety processes and activities, including clinical compliance in relation to our CQC registration.
Simon Sheppard
Associate Director of Operations SHCPL, PRIMACY, Surrey Heath PCN and Upper Gordon Road Surgery
Simon, a registered physiotherapist, provides operational leadership and expertise to all our teams and services. Simon is a Chartered Manager of the CMI.
Jonathan Pettit
Associate Director of Finance SHCPL, PRIMACY, Surrey Heath PCN and Upper Gordon Road Surgery
Jonathan provides financial leadership and expertise to all our teams and services. Jonathan is a Chartered Management Accountant.
Dawn Clare
Executive Assistant to the Leadership Team
Dawn provides support to the leadership team and is a great point of contact to any member of the wider team wanting support from, or to access, the leadership team.
