Services
Surrey Heath Community Providers Ltd provides a range of NHS services to local practices and patients. Some of our main services are described below.
We support our member practices with the delivery of the Primary Care Networks Contract. This includes the management and deployment of additional clinical and support staff to support our local GP surgeries.
We run the PRIMACY clinical workflow management service. The service aims to reduce administrative burden and improve patient care. We offer a streamlined and effective workflow management solution that improves patient care, and helps to optimise practice income by ensuring accurate coding and summarising of patient records.
As of the 2nd of January 2025, Surrey Heath Community Providers Ltd took over the GMS contract, and therefore the overall responsibility for the surgery. The staff and the day to day management remains the same as under the previous partnership and patients should not notice any day to day difference as a result of the change in ownership.
We also run the Surrey Heath Same Day Urgent Care service, which provides same day and urgent appointments for patients during weekdays, in the evenings, and on Saturdays, from the Health Annex at Camberley Health Centre.
We also provide additional capacity for surgery activity, such as for spirometry, NHS health checks and COVID vaccination.
Our services have been developed and are staffed by local clinicians and we are registered with the Care Quality Commission.
